Its been almost a year so i thought id drop in and give a quick 'lo.

Moved away from pencil drawing (though i still do them now and then)

Started painting in acrylic and oils (mostly oil) First few paintings were pretty amazing, but i forgot to take pictures before i gave them away as xmas gifts! Ill try and guilt their new owners into snapping a pic for me so i can post them here.

Submitted my latest one, did this one for myself and its now hangin in my living room, though its still wet! Dont worry, thats what post it note wet paint signs are for.

Hey its Troy, you might remember me from such pictures as: robin williams, fidel castro, and jfk.

Life has been pretty all over the place for the last six months, but i think ive found a comfortable spot, and im digging in.

Just moved into a nice new aparetemnt, hot tubs, sauna, pool free tanning, gym. 2br 2 bath living with my niece skye again and so far so good. Its great having my own bathroom, it reduces the roommate strain

Ive been working on my portraiture business and its starting to pick up! i just submitted a couple pictures ive recently done, hope you enjoy!

Ill try to update this more regualarly and submit some more commissions soon!

good ol life, kick ya when your down then poops on ya.

About 8 months actually. A lot has happened, as is the way of life.

During this time I have:

- quit smoking twice only to start again (third attempt on the way)
- found a new gf
- completely remodeled and renovated my house
- sold my house
- moved into my buddies house
- pimped out my room (liquor cabinet, bar fridge, new laptop, lotsa goodies)
- went to see the unholy alliance tour (slayer, lamb of god, children of bodom etc. great show)
- a lot more things that I would tell you but id then have to kill you.

So all in all its been a productive time off. I now have a new laptop and all-in-one printer scanner fax photo etc thingamajig so expect to see more great things from me soon.

quitting smoking last journal only lasted 12 hours.

going to try again tomorrow. It needs to be done. Added bonus of being broke until next thrusday might help, just have to resist using my powers of iou at one of the shops that sell smokes at work..

other then that life is about the same as last journal. Spooky's eye is getting better, but i think she is only going to have partial vision in the one she hurt. Spaz is healthy again. Hopefully he will stay ok, and not get it again any time soon.

Cleaning up the basement, going to clean out all the junk, and have spaz and bagheera stay down there, and keep spooky upstairs. Hopefully that will work. Ive kept bagheera in my room everyday since she fought with spooky, and its starting to get smelly.

Me being single now, i cant have that. and she needs space to run around. So thats my weekend, cleaning, quitting and trying to not get to down on myself and think to much on my depressing life. Really, its working.. *sigh*
